在临湘市中小学教师心理健康培训班结业典礼上的发言

尊敬的各位领导、各位老师：

大家好！

我是来自临湘市坦渡中学的叶恒永，请允许我代表全体学员向组织这次培训的湖南农大和临湘教体局的领导、老师表示衷心的感谢！

当今社会，竞争激烈，追求效率，我们的心理防御底线不断被冲击。特别在中小学校，一方面是教师的职业倦怠，一方面是学生的青春期心理问题，看似平静的背后，正潜伏着心理危机。感谢教体局领导的高瞻远瞩，让我们有了一次宝贵的学习机会。这次培训，对我们来说，既是一场思想的盛宴，也是一次心灵上的洗礼。我们对授课老师留下了深刻的印象：黎老师的博学深刻、朱老师的有趣有用、刘老师的亲切流畅、雷老师的深入浅出。班主任刘老师、曹老师非常尽责，给予我们很多关心。我们忘不了这些老师的敬业乐业精神，我们将以此为榜样，使自己不断进步。

短短七天的培训，我们学员之间也结下了深厚的友谊。共同的目标，使我们走到一起。我们在一起，克服了高温酷热等困难，认真学习，积极参与活动，仿佛又回到了青春年少的以前。我们不会辜负教体局的重托和农大领导的希望，我们一定会把所学知识应用到教育教学实践中，用自己的爱心友善和专业技能，为学生服务，从而整体提高临湘中小学心理健康教育的水平。

找点空余时间，写了一首小诗，标题是《农大瓜果飘香》，作为自己对这次学习的总结，和大家一起分享：

我们到这里来寻梦

怀揣着希望

打开学生心扉重重

孩子，最重要的是生命与健康

Hello everyone！

I am Ye Hengyong from Linxiang Tandu middle school. Please allow me to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the participants on the leadership and teachers of the Hunan Agriculture University and the Linxiang Education Bureau, which organized the training!

In today's society, competition is fierce, the pursuit of efficiency, our bottom line of psychological defense is constantly being hit. Especially in primary and secondary schools, on the one hand, teachers' job burnout, on the one hand, students' adolescent psychological problems, seemingly calm behind, there is a psychological crisis lurking. Thanks to the visionary leadership of the Education Bureau, we have a valuable opportunity to learn. This training, for us, is both a feast for the mind and a spiritual baptism. We are impressed by the teacher: Li's erudite and profound, Zhu's interesting and useful, Liu's cordial and fluent, Ray's teacher's easy to understand. The head teacher, Miss Liu and Cao teacher are very conscientious and give us a lot of care. We can not forget these teachers' professional spirit, we will take this as an example, make progress.

Just seven days of training, we students also forged a deep friendship. Common goals bring us together. We together, overcome the high temperature, hot and difficult, seriously study, and actively participate in activities, as if back to the young before. We will live up to the trust of the Bureau of Education leadership and the hope of Agricultural University, we will combine the knowledge applied to the practice of education, with their love of friendly and professional skills, service for students, so as to improve the overall mental health education of primary and middle school level in Linxiang.
